Service Description

Join me for a weekly meditation practice rooted in the Mindfulness (Insight) tradition, which can help reduce stress, increase calm, and allow you to live with more presence. In this 30-minute session, we'll start with a 10-minute check-in, followed by a 15-minute guided meditation, and wrap up with 5 minutes for questions and a closing reflection. Each week, we'll focus on one of the following: anchoring on the breath, doing a body scan, practicing lovingkindness, or doing a RAIN practice to work with difficult emotions. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, this session is open to all looking to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace. If I am ever unable to lead a meditation, there will either be a sub who is trained in the same tradition or I will provide 24 hours' notice of a cancellation via email. This is a donation-based offering so that nobody will ever be turned away for lack of funds. In the weekly reminder emails, you will have several options to donate if you are able.
