About the Event
Join me for a weekly meditation practice rooted in the Mindfulness (Insight) tradition, which can help reduce stress, increase calm, and allow you to live with more presence. Â
In this 30-minute session, we'll start with a 10-minute check-in, followed by a 15-minute guided sit, and wrap up with 5 minutes for questions and a closing reflection. Â
Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, this session is open to all looking to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace. Â
If I am ever unable to lead a meditation, there will either be a sub who is trained in the same tradition or I will provide 24 hours' notice of a cancellation via email.
